Generally, any job that falls within the Right to Repair criteria should be completed on the first visit, these kinds of jobs include blocked kitchen sinks or sanitary units, leaking taps and pipes, faulty lights or sockets and leaking roofs.
Some repairs may require access to the property on more than one visit. These types of repairs usually involve the renewing of parts and/or fixtures within the property.
When reporting a repair, please quote your reference number or property address and have a pen and paper to hand. You can report a repair in any of the following ways:
Once you have reported a repair you will receive a receipt with an appointment time when you will be required to give access to your property. How long you have to wait for an appointment will depend on the urgency of the repair.
