Resident Led Programme

Lewisham Homes has launched the Resident Led Programme (RLP). Residents can bid for money to do improvement works on their estate in one of the following areas: 

• Enhancing security 
• Improve the provisions of safe play and recreation 
• Improve the standard of communal areas or facilities to blocks.

Tell the TRA meetings all about it and if you have a good idea for an improvement - why not suggest it to the TRA Chair?

We are having a series of events where residents can find out more about the programme:

Drop in surgeries
11am-4pm, Saturday 31 May, Civic Suite, 1 Catford Road, London, SE6 4RU 5pm-9pm,

Tuesday 10 June, Groundwork London, Astra House, Arklow Road, New Cross, SE14 6EB 5pm-9pm,

Thursday 12 June, Ewart Road Tenant Management Organisation Club House, 44 Wastdale Road, Forest Hill, SE231HN

To bid they must fill out the application form and submit a hard copy no later than 5pm Friday 27 June to:
