Improving the overall quality of housing services is crucial to Lewisham Homes. This is not only important for us to achieve a two star ALMO inspection rating, but for you, our residents, who rightly expect good quality housing management and maintenance services.

We used evidence from our mock inspection in July 2006 to shape a new structure for business aimed at bringing staff together, increasing accountability and performance and improving services.
