The Lewisham Council is reviewing the current tenancy agreement. Lewisham Homes is carrying out this review on behalf of the Council.

The council are required by law to issue tenants with a preliminary notice of any changes that they are proposing to make to the tenancy agreement, to give them the opportunity to comment on them.

All tenants were send a notice in the week beginning 1 December 2008. The consultation closes on 9 January 2009.
