Housing Emergency Support Team (HEST)

HEST is the Housing Emergency Support Team run by Lewisham Council to support victims of hate and/or race crimes.

CCTV cameraHEST, Lewisham Homes and Lewisham Council believe that everybody has the right to live safely and peacefully in their home and in the borough. This includes being free from any kind of abuse or harassment.

If you are a victim of any kind of race or hate crime, the Council's Housing Emergency Support Team (HEST) is here to help.
