Estate Services explained
Our Caretakers are responsible for making sure indoor communal (shared)areas are well looked after and cleaned regularly.
Lewisham Homes Caretakers maintain and clean communal (shared) areas on our estates.
Our aim is for Lewisham residents to live in safe and clean surroundings but we cannot improve the environment on our own - we rely on your cooperation.
If you work with us, and use the range of environmental services on offer from the Council, we can make Lewisham a cleaner, greener place to live.
