Lewisham Homes conducts regular estate walkabouts and inspections, which residents are welcome to attend. The walkabouts are a great opportunity for you to meet our staff and learn more about what is happening on your estate. Our Quality Officers act as the gateway between our residents and the range of services in shared areas provided by Lewisham Council and ourselves. the walkabouts identify and scrutinise the following key services:
• Internal Caretaking
• Grounds Maintenance (grass cutting etc)
• Repairs in shared or common areas
• Environmental issues (abandoned vehicles, fly-tipping etc)
• Health and Safety issues

Estate Champions Pilot Scheme
Lewisham Homes staff are out and about all the time visiting our residents and keeping an eye on the areas you live in. However we realise that we can’t be everywhere at once, so we are excited and pleased to announce the introduction of a new scheme which we believe will make a real and positive impact to your local area.
The pilot scheme is being trialled at Eliot Bank and Somerville Estates and will be rolled out to our other estates if it is successful.
