You may end your tenancy by giving us four weeks notice to quit in writing, or by completing a 'vacation notice' which you must sign.
 
Recharging reasonable costs
Recharging reasonable costs
We will recharge you reasonable costs, including a 15% administration fee and legal costs where applicable, for any damage you have caused to your property or surrounding area.
