Ending your tenancy

Please remember when ending your tenancy:

• You must allow us access to inspect your home within the four week notice period.
• You must leave your home clean, in reasonable decorative condition and repair any damage caused by you, your household or visitors or you will be recharged.
• You must pay all outstanding debts due under the terms of the tenancy prior to returning the keys and give us vacant possession of your home.
• Tenancies always end on a Sunday and your keys must be returned to your local housing office before 9:30am on a Monday. For example, if your tenancy ends on Sunday 10th January your keys must be handed in before 9:30am on Monday 11th January.
