Lewisham Homes is a new organisation that has been formed to manage a portfolio of circa 20,000 dwellings for the London Borough of Lewisham with the aim of improving the quality of services and accommodation to tenants and residents. The Property Services Directorate is currently looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to take responsibility for the strategic procurement of construction contracts and other items of procurement on behalf of the organisation.
