Lewisham Homes is governed by a management board, made up of five residents, five independents, two councillors and one co-optee.
The Board sets our overall direction and oversees our progress in delivering our mission to provide safe, quality homes, deliver efficient services, and enhance life chances. They help to keep us focused and challenge us so we deliver improved services to our residents.
Our Resident Board Members bring first-hand experience of our services and the issues that are important to our residents.
Board meetings are open to the public and observers are welcome. The Board has adopted a policy on exempt information in relation to confidential items that will not be discussed in public.
There will be a limited number of spaces for members of the public to attend each meeting. If you wish to attend a meeting in person, please email email@example.com in advance of the meeting. Please try to provide at least three working days’ notice.
Questions to the Board are accepted in writing from members of the public if received 7 days in advance of the meeting. Anonymous questions will not be accepted. Questions should be submitted in writing to:

The Chair will read out a response to the question at the Board meeting. Where a response is not possible at the meeting, a written response to the question will be made to the member of the public within 10 working days thereafter.
