We want to you to live happily and safely in your home, and are committed to tackling antisocial behaviour (ASB) on our estates.
We understand that not all nuisance behaviour or noise disturbances take place between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. That’s why we now provide an extended Antisocial Behaviour service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
If you often find it difficult to talk to us within our normal working hours, you can now book an appointment with our Antisocial Behaviour team until 9pm on Thursday evenings.
We also work in partnership with a professional witnessing agency, who are on-call for our residents between 10pm – 3am on Friday and Saturday nights.
If you ring us to report loud noise or other antisocial behaviour during these times, you will be put through to the professional witness on call, who can then arrange to visit your home or neighbourhood to witness or listen to what’s happening. They will not be able to take immediate action, but if necessary, they can provide us with a witness statement and professional evidence to help us take enforcement actions against the alleged offender.
We take a zero tolerance approach to antisocial behaviour, and any resident or household found to be committing antisocial behaviour, or allowing their visitors to do so, could face legal or non-legal actions, and even lose their home.
Visit Tackling antisocial behaviour to find out more about reporting ASB and how we can help.
