To apply for a job at Lewisham Homes you will be asked to submit a CV and supporting statement that outlines your skills and experience and how they will help you to fulfil the role.
This is the only information we will use to decide whether or not you will be shortlisted for an interview.
The job description
The job description briefly outlines what you would be required to do in the role, who you will report to and the responsibilities.
The person specification
The person specification highlights the essential skills, knowledge and abilities needed for the job. It also outlines the behaviours expected from the successful candidate. When you complete your application you will need to explain how you think you meet each of the requirements listed, and give examples of how you have demonstrated the required behaviours, in a previous or current role.
Applicants with a disability
We are committed to the employment and career development of people with a disability. If you let us know that you have a disability, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs during the interview.
Completed applications are matched against the requirements outlined in the person specification. Only people who have demonstrated that they meet all the requirements on the person specification will be shortlisted for interview.
In some cases, if there has been a large response to an advert, the manager may decide to carry out a test exercise before inviting people who successfully pass the test to a formal interview. We may also close the role before the closing date.
