Dynamic Client Solutions – Certificate in Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings

The objectives of this programme is to help people working in or looking to work in the Health and Social Care sector to be aware how vital effective Customer Service is and the impact it has on customers, carers and staff :

Who is it suitable for?

This qualification is designed for learners who want to develop an understanding of how to deliver effective customer service in health and social care settings. It is delivered in a blended learning format with workshops and a workbook to complete.

  • develop an awareness of customer service in health and social care
  • understand how to communicate effectively in a health and social care setting
  • understand the needs of customers who access health and social care services
  • understand teamwork in health and social care settings.

To be eligible you must be unemployed or earning less than £15,736.50. You must have been a resident in the UK /EEA for the last 3 years and be 19 or older on 31st August 2019.

Dates: Assessment Day is 23rd Jan from 2-4pm with the course running in February from 10am – 3pm on the 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th 

Time: 10am – 3pm

Venue: Old Town Hall, Catford, SE6 4RU

You will need to bring the following:

ID: (passport or driving license) / If you have been living in the UK less than three years then bring proof you have right to remain in the UK

If you are unemployed then bring proof you are claiming benefits OR If you are earning under £15,736.50 per year bring proof of this.

You will also be asked to complete a simple Maths and English test on the Assessment Day.
