Unfortunately due to the impending national lockdown restrictions, the live theatre shows planned for the Evelyn Estate this coming Tuesday and Thursday have had to be cancelled.
The actors and theatre company are still going to be filming a performance on the estate and details of the recorded performance will be sent to residents later in November.
The below message from Fuel Theatre:
“It is with broken hearts that we announce the upcoming lockdown restrictions make it impossible for us to present ‘The Kids Are Alright’ for you in Lewisham this week.
We have several partners for this project and we felt that as now many of them can’t see the show live, the thing to do was make a film that we could share with you all.
We want to thank you for allowing us into your community, your green space and your imaginations with our show, we hope to return when things feel a little more normal, and can’t wait to see you then.”
