Bampton Estate Residents – join the new community yoga and wellness classes on Thursdays from 1pm-2pm at the Community Hall.
Meet your neighbours, get fit, strengthen the community and have fun doing it! Recommended donation of £2. You are welcome to donate more, proceeds will go towards the maintenance and the future of the community space.

Some yoga mats are available but please do bring one if you have one to avoid disappointment. Bring water, a towel and a smile!|
