Starting from tomorrow (29 May) we’ll be carrying out telephone satisfaction surveys with our residents. Until now these have taken place every two years but will now occur every three months via an independent survey company called Acuity which will contact a different group of residents each time.
This will allow us to better understand your needs and respond to them more quickly where we can. The surveys tie in with our Corporate Plan which outlines our commitment to making sure our residents’ voices are heard.
Your participation is voluntary but we’d appreciate your feedback as it will help us determine how many residents are happy with our services so we can look at any areas which require improvement.
We published the results of our 2018 survey in the last issue of our resident magazine, Home, which you can read on page 11 here.
