We’ve made some changes to the housing management team, which go into effect on 4 July. Our team has grown and now consists of three housing team leaders, 18 housing officers and two housing assistants.
These changes have enabled us to reduce the ‘patch sizes’ – how many properties each housing officer is responsible for – from 1200 to 750. This will allow the officers to be more agile and visible on their estates, and deliver a better service to our residents.
As a result, if you are a Lewisham Homes tenant, your housing officer may be changing.
You can check who your housing officer is by visiting the resident portal. We will also be communicating this change with residents via our communal noticeboards, social media platforms and newsletters.
