From 24 December, we shifted to booking essential repairs only. If you were given a repair appointment before 24 December, this will be honoured.
Our major works will continue in a Covid-secure manner and our contractors have implemented a wide range of measures which are kept under constant review. Risk assessments are undertaken at every stage of works to minimise risks to residents and staff.
