We have been having conversations with local residents about development ideas for the Somerville estate.
2-27 Wellington Close
We have been granted planning permission to build 23 new homes for the Wellington Close area of this development. Lewisham Council carried out their own public consultation before granting permission for us to build these new homes.
The wider estate
Our plans for potential new homes elsewhere on the Somerville estate and the redevelopment of the community centre are still at consultation stage. We will continue to share information about our designs and listen to local people’s feedback in the coming months.
Planning permission has not yet been given for new homes elsewhere on the Somerville estate, except for the Wellington Close site.
