Lewisham Homes has appointed a market research company called Acuity to carry out a number of satisfaction surveys over the phone to find out how well we are doing across our many service areas.
We choose to use an independent agency so you can be honest and open about your views, and confident that the results are transparent. The agency can also benchmark our results against equivalent landlords, so we know where are above average and where we are falling behind. You can read the 2019/20 report here [pdf].
Acuity will attempt to contact a representative sample of our residents over the next two weeks. If you receive a call, it will only take a few minutes of your time and we hope that you will be able to provide some valuable feedback. The results will help us to identify areas of dissatisfaction and we will look towards making improvements in those areas.
