We continue to observe government guidance on repair works during lockdown, offering immediate appointments only for essential or emergency repairs.
Our call centre staff are required to assess whether a visit is essential or if the work can be safely postponed.
Examples of damage requiring immediate attention include:
- Total loss of electric or water
- Unsafe electrics
- Building left non secure (unable to lock door or lower level windows)
- Risk of falling objects such as roof tiles
Please also note that repairs may not be carried out in full and are likely to be on a ‘make safe only’ basis until social distancing rules are lifted.
