We have published our long-term Planned and Major Works programme. The investment and funding for the works were agreed on in conjunction with the London Borough of Lewisham.
The programme is based on our stock condition survey, which was completed in 2020 and has been updated to reflect the results of validation surveys undertaken by our two main contractors over the last six months.
The programme should not be seen as a guarantee of when works are programmed but reflect our forecast of when properties will benefit from planned or major works.
The information is in a searchable format by block or street and under the following criteria:
- External and communal works
- Internal works (tenanted dwellings only)
