Following the restrictions which had initially been in place during lockdown, we are gradually increasing our non-essential repairs and routine services. Caretaking and gardening have already returned to a full service.
In order to ensure the safety of our residents and staff, we will ask a series of questions when booking your appointment, as well as checking that no-one at the property has symptoms or is isolating. We will ensure our operatives are symptom-free and supplied with the appropriate PPE.

We are currently planning to also resume our new developments and major works, which were put on hold after the emergency of Covid-19 pandemic. We will keep our residents updated of any future advancements.
