Earlier this year we made temporary changes to refocus our housing and viewing services to ensure that we were able to deliver a high level of essential services for residents, at a time when we were facing an increase in ASB cases due to people spending more time at home.
We are pleased to now confirm that from Monday 8 March, we began resuming all of our housing and viewing services.
Although we are moving towards normal services, please bear with us while waiting for a response to housing related queries, as we are working through a backlog, and it may take us a bit longer than usual to deal with your requests.
Please note: we are still minimising face-to-face contact apart from where there is safeguarding concerns, high-urgency ASB cases, court hearings, evictions and other emergencies. We will also continue to carry out home viewings virtually.
