We’re working with residents to make further improvements to our caretaking service – both inside and around blocks. We have already commissioned a telephone survey to give us a representative sample, but would like to know more detail about as many estates as possible.
We’re therefore asking anyone who receives a caretaking service to complete this short online questionnaire. We’ll use your responses to help align our services with residents’ priorities. It shouldn’t take you too long and it will help shape the services we provide for shared spaces around your home.
