From October 2015 we will be running the grounds maintenance service. This service includes grass cutting, shrub and rose bed maintenance, bark mulching, hedge cutting and pruning and leaf clearance.
This service is currently delivered by Glendale. Earlier this year we asked for your views. 566 people took part. Residents were asked their preference for how the service should be provided. Of those who responded to the question, 88% said they would like to see the service delivered by an inhouse Lewisham Homes team.
We will be consulting further with residents on the agreement of service standards and specification. Look out for more on this soon.
