The Lewisham Homes Academy is your new one-stop shop for all your training and employment needs. We’re bringing together training, job opportunities and work experience, plus opportunities to link up with employers.
We work with a range of organisations including London Metropolitan University, TPAS, St. Giles’ Trust and Dynamic Client Solutions to deliver free training for residents.

There are apprenticeship opportunities at Lewisham Homes in a variety of roles, from learning a trade such as plumbing or electrical in our repairs team, to providing admin support for our services helping residents. We also work closely with Lewisham Council, which offers a range of construction training options and routes into work. We also have a graduate scheme that recruits ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated graduates every two years.
