London Metropolitan University
Our free courses with London Metropolitan University will help you to learn more about Lewisham Homes and housing, get involved in shaping our services, and effectively challenge and improve our work. The courses are accredited by the Chartered Institute for Housing. We offer one-day and three-day courses to suit your interests and availability, the latter allowing you to gain an accredited qualification. The courses come in two forms:
- Introduction to Local Housing course (one day) – register online
- Improving Housing Services course (three days) – register online
The courses are postponed due to the Covid19 Coronavirus outbreak. You can still register and we will be in touch when we have organised new dates.

Support getting online
There are lots of places across Lewisham that support people to get online. You can also access free digital training to help grow your confidence getting connected. If you don’t have internet at home, all of the libraries in the borough offer free web access.
Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) training for Resident Scrutiny Committee
If you would like to be part of the Resident Scrutiny Committee, we offer accredited training from the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS). You’ll also receive ongoing support from the Community Relations team, as well as additional training to help you achieve your potential.
