We are responsible for looking after the shared areas in your building and on your estate.

Report non-urgent communal repairs online on My Lewisham Homes.

You are responsible for insuring your property and Lewisham Council is responsible for insuring the shared parts of your building.

Water bills

Make sure you arrange to pay your water bills directly with Thames Water.

Prevent leak damage

It’s important you know where your stopcock is so that you can turn your water off in case of a bad leak.

If you’re having trouble finding your stopcock, our Repairs team may be able to advise you.
