Some estates have their own permit parking schemes managed by Lewisham Homes.
Residents can purchase resident and visitor parking permits online.
If you want to check if your estate has a scheme in place or have any other questions please email us.

Parking on estates
Residents and visitors must always display a valid estate parking permit for these controlled areas.
Vehicles will be ticketed if a valid permit isn’t displayed, the vehicle is causing an obstruction or does not comply with the terms and conditions and relevant signage in the area.
Controlled parking zone
If you live within a controlled parking zone, (CPZ), you can purchase a resident parking permit providing you have a registered vehicle registered at your address.
