We understand that people's needs change over time. We want to make it as easy as possible to access our services in a way that suits you, and enable you to live independently. In August 2008 we carried out a series of Equality Impact Assessments which meant we looked at our services to ensure they do not discriminate, are accessible to all, and comply with the law.
Our journey so far
Lewisham Homes is on a journey to improve services to make a real difference to residents. In the two years since we were set up we have improved performance in nearly every service area and are on track for the real inspection in mid-2010. In November 2008, we asked the Audit Commission to look at our services and provide feedback on our strengths and weaknesses.
