Lewisham Homes provide minor and major adaptations in the tenanted properties we manage on behalf of Lewisham Council. Major adaptations such as wet-rooms or through-lifts are usually installed following instruction from an Occupational Therapist from Lewisham Council, whereas more minor adaptations such as grab rails, thumb turn locks, or lever taps can often be organised by us quite quickly without the need for a tenant to wait for an OT assessment.
