When reporting a repair, please quote your address or reference number and have a pen and paper to take note of your repair job reference number.

In our reception
There are PCs and self service kiosks available at our office in Catford if you don’t have internet access at home.
There is also a phone for reporting emergency repairs.

You can contact us on freephone 0800 028 2 028. Telephone lines are open 8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 10am-5pm Wednesday.
We want you to be safe and secure in your home, and accept the responsibilities that come with running your household as set out in your Tenancy Agreement.
